According to our information, the decision of the Basic Court in Berane was primarily based on Pejović’s testimony, which was assessed as clear, convincing, and consistent, as well as on material and other evidence confirming the factual framework of the event.

- The court concluded that the actions of the defendants fulfilled all the legal elements of the criminal offense of coercion, taking into account the manner of execution and the consequences that occurred. In determining the sentence, the court considered all relevant circumstances, including the gravity of the offense, the manner of its commission, as well as the personal circumstances of the defendants - the Berane court told us.
