Is it possible to plan a criminal operation to influence events that already took place three months earlier? And that in the Order to Conduct an Investigation into the smuggling of cocaine from Ecuador, signed by a trio of prosecutors: Ivan Medojević, Jovan Vukotić, and Maja Janković. It is stated that this is a twenty-four-member criminal group allegedly organized by Ljubo Milović and Mileta Ojdanić. Among the members are, according to the prosecutorial trio, Radoje Zvicer, Milo Božović, Radovan Perović, Vukašin Vojinović, as well as Petar Lazović, businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović, and several other well-known and lesser-known individuals. And which are identical, even including the same typing errors. 30 NOVEMBER 2020 (Ljubo Milović): Wherever ships go from Ecuador, I can send / Currently, we only work in Rotterdam / I worked in Istanbul / I worked in Hamburg / Currently, we only work in Rotterdam... 1 DECEMBER 2021 (Petar Lazović): Is Bulgaria and Greece interesting / Most likely there is something there / can Macedonia too? This is just a fragment of the 12 notorious sentences that the Special State Prosecutorial Office uses whenever a particular prosecutor needs them and for whichever criminal offense they want to charge. And one mistake is immediately noticeable: from the Sky messages presented, it appears that Ljubo Milović waited for Petar Lazović’s response for an entire year - from November 30, 2020, to December 1, 2021?! Because even if they had successfully smuggled cocaine from Ecuador at the end of December 2020, the criminal organization could not have used the money from drug sales to influence the will of Montenegrin voters in elections that had ended three months earlier - on August 30?! This truly bizarre detail also points to numerous abuses of Sky material that Europol delivered to the Special Police Department and the Special State Prosecutor’s Office. It is possible that in the indictment currently being prepared, this, for the SSPO, truly humiliating mistake, will be corrected. But numerous questions raised by the investigative team of Television E remain unanswered: will the Chief Special Prosecutor Vladimir Novović raise the issue of responsibility; will the Prosecutorial Council begin to do its job; is there any initiative in the Higher Court to reconsider the confirmation of the indictment based on inserted and incorrect Sky messages? How long will the official state silence over unlawful manipulations by state officials continue?

Prosecutorial „Back to the Future“

The European Union-Western Balkans Summit, which will bring together heads of state and government of all European Union member states, as well as senior officials of EU institutions and leaders of the Western Balkans, will be held on 5 June in Tivat - the Office of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, announced.
As specified in the statement, Milatović will host the event, and preparations and institutional coordination for this historic summit began with the first session of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and implementation of the Summit, established by the President.
- At the meeting, the activities undertaken so far by the Office of the President of Montenegro were reviewed, and key tasks and deadlines were defined for all relevant institutions that will be involved in organizing the Summit, in order to ensure that Montenegro is fully prepared to host this important international gathering on 5 June. This followed directly from an agreement between President Milatović and the President of the European Council, António Costa - the statement highlights.
This agreement, they emphasized, was also confirmed by a decision of the European Council, which further strengthens the European Union’s confidence in Montenegro’s institutional capacities and in the role of the President of the state as a responsible and credible partner in European processes.
- The Organizing Committee for the Summit was established by President Milatović with the aim of ensuring full institutional coordination and the efficient implementation of all activities necessary for organizing this high-level international event. The Organizing Committee includes representatives of the Office of the President of Montenegro, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of European Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Interior and the Police Directorate, the Ministry of Public Administration, Airports of Montenegro, the Municipality of Tivat, and the General Secretariat of the Government of Montenegro - the statement specified.
At the first session of the Committee, priorities for the next phase of work were defined, along with clear roles and responsibilities of all participating institutions, with the aim of organizing the Summit at the highest political, protocol, and organizational level.
- Hosting the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Montenegro sends a strong political message about our country’s place in Europe’s future, and the fact that this event is being organized in Montenegro confirms that our country is not waiting on European processes, but is actively participating in them and assuming responsibility. The Summit in Tivat represents a turning point in accelerating the European Union accession process, with the clear goal of Montenegro becoming the 28th member of the European Union by 2028, based on results, reforms, and a credible partnership - the Office of the President of Montenegro concluded.

Historic EU-Western Balkans Summit: All EU and regional leaders to gather in Montenegro on 5 June

The panel of the Court of Appeal, to be presided over by Judge Predrag Tabaš, will consider on March 3 the appeal filed by the Special State Prosecutor’s Office against the acquittal judgment in the case publicly known as the „Apartments“ case.
All defendants were acquitted of the charges on 16 May last year due to a lack of evidence that, as members of the Government’s Housing Issues Commission which operated from 2016 to 2020, they had abused their official positions. The judgment was rendered by Vesna Kovačević, a judge of the High Court.
The Special State Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment against former ministers and officials Predrag Bošković, Sanja Vlahović, Suad Numanović, Ivan Brajović, Osman Nurković, Budimir Šegrt, Dragica Sekulić, Suzana Pribilović, Jelena Radonjić, Damir Šehović, Aleksandar Jovićević and the Head of the Cabinet of the President of Montenegro Dražen Miličković.
The reasoning of the first-instance judgment states that the court assessed all the evidence and found that, during the proceedings, the Special State Prosecutor’s Office had submitted key evidence in the form of ordinary copies, without certification by the competent authority or confirmation of their authenticity. According to the first-instance panel, the proposed evidence did not meet the standard of evidentiary value required in criminal proceedings, and since this evidence constituted the sole basis of the indictment, the court could not conclude that the defendants had committed a criminal offence beyond a reasonable doubt.
The reasoning further notes that Bošković was the president of the Government’s Housing Issues Commission, while the other defendants were members of that body. Judge Kovačević emphasized that the defendants did not deny in their defenses that they had adopted decisions on resolving housing issues for officials, but stated that they had done so in compliance with Articles 28, 30, and 30a of the Decision on the Method and Criteria for Resolving the Housing Needs of Officials. She also pointed out that the defendants stated they had adopted the decisions exclusively in compliance with the conclusions of the Government of Montenegro that preceded the adoption of the said decisions, and that, for them, Government conclusions had a binding character.

„Apartments“ case before the Court of Appeal on 3 March

Croatia’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman said last night, for the Croatian public broadcaster (HRT), that in order to close the benchmarks in Chapter 23 it is necessary for Montenegro to implement court rulings related to property confiscated from families in Tivat, adding that he has received assurances from the Montenegrin side that pressure will be exerted on the Mrčevac cadastral office in Tivat.
- Here I have good promises and good news. I can say that I have very good cooperation with my colleague Ibrahimović, and in general I have always had good cooperation with all governments of Montenegro. I believe we are on the right path toward resolving open issues. These include the Agreement on compensation for former detainees, which is in fact linked to, or tied to, the change of the name of the swimming pool named after Zoran Gopčević, who was once a guard at the notorious Morinj camp. There are certain assurances that the name of the pool could be changed -- Grlić Radman said.
And, of course, as he added, the confiscated property remains unresolved.
- This falls under the rule of law - judiciary and fundamental rights. That is covered by Chapter 23. Therefore, in order to close the restitution benchmark, this issue must be resolved - he emphasized.
He also said that he had received an assurance.
- That now, together with representatives of those families from Tivat, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would submit their names and case numbers, so that pressure could be applied from their side on the Mrčevac cadastral office - the Croatian minister stated.

Grlić Radman: Montenegro must implement court rulings related to property confiscated from families in Tivat

No major progress should be expected in Montenegro’s European Union accession process over the next year, but rather minimal results with a maximum outcome – assessed Executive Director of the Centre for Monitoring and Research Zlatko Vujović.
Appearing as a guest on the morning show Budilnik on Television E, Vujović said that the Draft Programme for Montenegro’s Accession to the European Union for the period 2026–2027 is primarily a technical document focused on the dynamics of activities that have already begun.
- In the next year, there will be no major breakthroughs in the accession process, these will be minimal results with a maximum outcome. Accordingly, the Draft Programme for Montenegro’s Accession to the European Union 2026–2027 is a document that explains how to package everything that has already been done and work on the dynamics, which is supported by the announcement that one negotiating chapter will be closed next week. It is more about technical matters than about strict criteria - Vujović said.
The Draft Programme for Montenegro’s EU Accession for the period 2026–2027 was presented yesterday at the Europe House. Although the meeting was closed to the public, it raised numerous questions about the realism of the set deadlines, as well as the quality of the reforms ahead.
Vujović believes that the document brings nothing spectacular, but rather represents a realistic plan for completing negotiations within the projected timeframe. As he noted, the European Union has not set strict criteria, but flexible requirements, primarily due to the short time frame.
- We must conclude the negotiations this year, and the minister has already announced the closure of one negotiating chapter as early as next week, which best illustrates this pace. It is more about, conditionally speaking, avoiding mistakes and packaging what has already been completed so that we can achieve the expected results in such a short period of time. Let’s be honest, the administration does not correspond to the moment we are in. I am not talking about the minister, the minister is doing an excellent job. I am talking about people in various ministries who are responsible for obligations within specific chapters. Montenegro truly has insufficient negotiating capacity when it comes to people in technical positions, but that is now less important. I like to say, despite being very critical of some of the capacities and steps we have taken in fulfilling the plan, one thing must be acknowledged - Montenegro is far more prepared to join the European Union than any previous country that became an EU member, including Croatia at the time - Vujović said.
Speaking about the inclusiveness of the negotiation process, Vujović assessed that the participation of civil society has been brought to the brink of being rendered meaningless, alongside an accelerated pace of adopting laws that is difficult to follow.
- As dissatisfied as I am on the one hand, on the other hand I will give priority to Montenegro completing the negotiations as early as possible and seizing this opportunity, because we will never again be given a chance like the one we are in now - he emphasized.
According to Vujović, the announced closure of one negotiating chapter next week is proceeding in line with the plan, with minor corrections, which, as he says, indicates that the plan could be fulfilled within the next two years. However, he warns that the main risks are political rather than technical.
- I believe the main risks are political, not so much technical, not so much the relations between the Government and the European Commission, but above all whether certain political parties will try to bring down the Government, or whether what is happening around Botun represents an attempt to stop at all costs something what the EU has identified as the absolute minimum for Montenegro to fulfill part of its obligations in one chapter. I think Montenegro faces fewer risks in the technical part of fulfilling obligations and more in the political sphere, because we must be honest and say that a significant part of the ruling coalition does not want Montenegro to be in the European Union - Vujović added.
He also noted that some of the ministers responsible for the negotiations are strong opponents of those negotiations ever being concluded.
- So how can we assess the success of certain ministries and ministers if they will do everything to at least prolong the process because of their political interests? The biggest risks are political, stability and the fulfillment of obligations, primarily in parliament. It is extremely important that Montenegro does not go to early elections and that we have a pro-European majority in parliament together with the opposition, in order to prevent a possible attempt by part of the ruling coalition to block the adoption of certain legislative solutions and slow down the fulfillment of the European agenda - Vujović concluded.

Vujović: Participation of civil society in EU negotiations has been brought to the brink of being rendered meaningless, it is important that Montenegro does not go to early elections

Endangering security is the criminal offence for which Z. D., a woman from Cetinje who has not lived in the Royal Capital for years, will be held accountable. Via the social network Facebook, she directed horrific threats at Cetinje resident Milo Ivanišević and, as it later emerged, had continuously threatened other citizens of this city as well.
- The state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has been informed of the incident and has ordered officers of the Police Directorate to file criminal charges against Z. D. for the criminal offence of endangering security - the Prosecutor’s Office stated briefly this morning.
As previously reported, Z. D. is a native of Cetinje, an architect by profession, educated partly abroad, close to the Serbian Orthodox Church, and engaged in Podgorica on a project involving the construction of a religious and educational facility.
In morbid voice messages sent to Ivanišević on 9 January, she threatened, among other things: „Cetinje residents, days of misery are coming for you“, „...I have saved some human lives and with appetite I can take one, because I trained...“, „...fortunately there aren’t many of you, and there will be even fewer“, „hang your flags, hang them, you gang, and I’ll stuff them all into your mouths and suffocate you with them“, „you’re driven by some communist spite, you little mutt“, „and now pass this around the cafés in Cetinje - someone will recognize me, so come to my house, I’ll unlock the door, let you in, and there’s no way out, you won’t leave alive“.
Ivanišević filed a report with the police that same evening and also informed the Centre for Civic Rights about the incident.
- I would like to stress that I feel threatened and that I fear something like a new Medovina or a new 1 January 2025 could happen - Ivanišević told the police.
Citizens quickly identified Z. D., which the Centre for Civic Rights reported to the Cetinje prosecutor’s office, and the police issued a local wanted notice for her. She was questioned on Saturday, 17 January.
Using her Facebook profile „Ing Arh Zed Ratislavljevna“, Z. D. threatened Ivanišević as well as many other women and men from Cetinje.
Two to three days after Ivanišević filed the criminal complaint with the police, she deleted almost all posts and photographs from her Facebook account.
As previously reported, one of the posts she left behind, dating back to 2023, reads: „Yes, I am. And it’s excellent. The Lord is my banner. Both parents have passed away in God, if I were to die physically now, I have completed my mission. I have crossed out my DPS relatives, all of them. And the hypocrites as well. A black sheep with white hair…“.
On 10 January, the Centre for Civic Rights stated that „in a city that has twice, in a short period of time, been shrouded in black by mass crimes in which 23 of our fellow citizens were killed, including four children, such threats cannot, must not, and will not be viewed as 'isolated incidents' or 'personal conflicts'“.
- Particularly alarming is the fact that both massacres were committed by individuals who, according to publicly available information, were ideologically, value-wise, and factually close to the Serbian Orthodox Church - an institution that in Montenegro has long ceased to function as a religious community and instead operates as a political, hegemonistic and deeply destructive factor - the Center warned then.

Woman from Cetinje to be prosecuted for endangering security over morbid threats

„On 01 December 2020, user DN3GOV (Petar Lazović) and user 5S7GLO (Ljubo Milović) discussed a potential business related to the smuggling of cocaine from Ecuador to Europe…“. This is only a small part of the extensive information on cocaine smuggling that Europol sent to the Special Police Department and the Special State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro at the end of 2021 and during the first half of 2022, as well as later. On several occasions, at the request of Podgorica, French Europol sent extensive, classified intelligence data to colleagues in Montenegro. According to data from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), cocaine seizures in Western and Central Europe reached a record 315 tons in 2021, and it is assumed that - despite numerous international police operations - drug trafficking to Europe has not decreased, on the contrary. In the established practice of foreign agencies combating transnational drug trafficking, the Ecuadorian port of Guayaquil has been recognized as one of the key hubs for cocaine smuggling from South America. Reports in Ecuadorian media show that many Europeans found Ecuador extremely interesting. It is estimated that 30 percent of them came for drug trafficking and settled in restricted zones of the port of Guayaquil - writes the Ecuadorian magazine Primicias. That Ecuador is an important destination for drug trafficking, primarily cocaine, has long been known to numerous European police forces and prosecutors’ offices. The very same messages are also being used by a trio of prosecutors - Ivan Medojević, Jovan Vukotić and Maja Janković - in indictments for cocaine smuggling from Ecuador. How was this possible? Despite the silence, analysis of the prosecutorial material unequivocally indicates that inserting 12 sentences from one investigation into an entirely different prosecutorial case could not have happened by mistake, nor is it the result of coincidence. <h2>MANIPULATION OF NICKNAMES</h2> However, this is not the only suspicion of abuse of SKY messages. By comparing Europol’s intelligence document and the indictments for cigarette and cocaine smuggling, the Television E investigative team noticed another significant alteration. At the same time, the defendant Aleksandar Mijajlović did not dispute this fact, and when providing personal information stated that „Aco“ is his nickname - reads, among other things, the indictment for cigarette smuggling. The explanation provided by Special Prosecutor Turković in the indictment truly appears to be a crude construct meant to mask manipulation. This is because the Europol document does not mention the nickname Aco anywhere, but only the nicknames „Miki“, „Miki 1“ and „New Miki“! How did „Miki“ and „New Miki“ from Europol become „Aco“ in the SSPO indictments?!

The failure of the competent authorities to act has sent a clear message that the public glorification of a criminal ideology is permissible, creating an environment in which it is now freely manifested, including at gatherings attended by public officials or heads of educational institutions. It is particularly dangerous to relativize these phenomena or justify them as „celebration“. The normalization of wartime songs that glorify criminals offends the descendants of victims and, in the long term, destroys social cohesion and interethnic relations in Montenegro.
A group of NGOs and civic activists condemned yesterday’s repeated glorification of the Chetnik movement in Podgorica on the occasion of the Orthodox holiday of Epiphany, stressing that religious holidays must not be used as an opportunity to glorify violence and an ideology responsible for ethnic cleansing and other crimes. The true spirit of such holidays, they emphasized, should be the promotion of respect and peace among people.
Among other things, those gathered sang the wartime song „Od Topole pa do Ravne Gore“ („From Topola to Ravna Gora“), which glorifies notorious Chetnik commanders Pavle Đurišić and Momčilo Đujić, who were responsible for mass crimes against civilians and antifascists during the Second World War in Montenegro.
Unfortunately, according to them, such incidents are not isolated but rather part of a continuous pattern of public glorification of the Chetnik movement in Montenegro, which keeps recurring due to the absence of a clear and decisive response from the competent institutions.
They point out that the public glorification of the Chetnik movement and its commanders constitutes hate speech and incitement to intolerance toward other communities, which also carries criminal liability.
- Such glorification particularly incites hatred toward the Bosniak population and members of the Islamic faith in Montenegro, all of which is punishable under Article 370, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, as well as in accordance with Articles 9a and 34a of the Law on the Prohibition of Discrimination and Article 19 of the Law on Public Order and Peace - they stated.
The statement was signed by Action for Human Rights, the Association Spektra, the ANIMA Centre for Women’s and Peace Education, the Centre for Investigative Journalism (CIN CG), the Centre for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM), the Centre for the Development of Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNVO), the Centre for Women’s Rights (CŽP), the Montenegrin PEN Centre, the Montenegrin Philological Society, the Montenegrin Committee of Lawyers for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (CKM), the Institute for Media of Montenegro, Ipso Facto, Juventas, Prima, the Safe Women’s House, as well as civic activists Dina Bajramspahić, Paula Petričević, Milena Bešić, and journalist Vesna Rajković-Nenadić.

They also stated that they are demanding that the State Prosecutor’s Office urgently review its previous failure to oppose the glorification of Pavle Đurišić and other Chetnik commanders and to professionally investigate this incident as well.

The prosecution's silence encourages the glorification of a criminal ideology

Montenegro is still awaiting observer status in the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA). Expectations were that this would happen by the end of last year, but it has not yet occurred. Among the countries of the region, Albania and North Macedonia currently hold observer status.
As Minister of Human and Minority Rights Fatmir Đeka told Portal ETV, Montenegro launched an institutional initiative at the end of 2024 to obtain observer status in the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), headquartered in Vienna. This initiative has received strong political and institutional support within the European Union, particularly in the context of negotiations under Chapters 23 and 24.
<h2>A key political signal from Brussels</h2>
At a session of the EU-Montenegro Joint Consultative Committee (JCC), held in Brussels in November 2024, the President of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) Olivier Röpke openly called on Montenegro to join the FRA as an observer.
- Montenegro, as a frontrunner in negotiations with the European Union, should become an observer in the Fundamental Rights Agency - Röpke said, stressing the importance of the rule of law, good neighbourly relations, and the protection of minority rights.
<h2>Institutional steps taken by Montenegro</h2>
• 29 November 2024 - Montenegro’s Mission to the EU in Brussels submits a proposal for observer membership in the FRA.
• 3 December 2024 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Directorate General for the European Union, formally forwards a letter regarding the initiative.
• 23 December 2024 - The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights confirms its support for the initiative and announces concrete steps.
- We will undertake all necessary measures and activities to achieve this goal - Minister Đeka said in a statement to the ETV Portal.
<h2>What would observer status specifically mean for Montenegro?</h2>
Observer status in the FRA would enable Montenegro to:
• become involved at an early stage in mechanisms for monitoring the state of human rights in the European Union,
• gain access to expert analyses and recommendations in the areas of combating discrimination, minority rights, gender equality, and access to justice,
• provide additional momentum to reform processes under Chapters 23 and 24,
• strengthen Montenegro’s credibility as a Western Balkans leader in the EU enlargement process.
- Observer status would confirm our clear commitment to European values and provide additional institutional support for reforms - Minister Đeka told Portal ETV.
<h2>Good neighbourly relations and regional significance</h2>
One important aspect of this initiative is the improvement of good neighbourly relations, particularly with Croatia, especially in matters concerning the status of the Croatian minority and issues of justice.
- This is a platform that enables open dialogue and the addressing of sensitive issues in line with European standards - the minister emphasized.
In addition to all EU member states, observer status in the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights is already held by Albania, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

Đeka: Brussels has supported Montenegro’s initiative for observer status in the Fundamental Rights Agency - relations with Croatia an important step toward the goal

Businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović continues to be held under strict conditions in the Remand Prison, the ETV portal has learned. The Podgorica-based businessman has still not been allowed walks under the same conditions as other detainees, in several different exercise yards, but instead, as we have learned, only one smaller yard has been designated for him for this activity.
Mijajlović’s conditions in the Remand Prison have been worsened for quite some time. After several reports aired on Television E and the public disclosure of the treatment of this detainee, he was summoned for a meeting with Vladimir Šćepanović, the head of the Remand Prison. According to information obtained by our portal, he was then promised that he would be allowed to take walks in five out of a total of eight exercise yards.
However, as we have learned, nothing has changed, and the order remains in force that Mijajlović is only allowed to walk in one yard, which consists of some fifty steps of a concreted surface.
For clarification, prison walks, which are allowed twice a day for 30 minutes each, can be taken in several different yards, shorter or longer, equipped with various exercise facilities.
It is symptomatic that this concerns conditions that, as a rule, belong to every detainee, yet here we are witnessing, albeit in a negative sense, special treatment of a single detainee.
This raises the question - why is someone making an effort to ensure that Mijajlović does not have decent conditions in the Prison Administration?

Njemački kancelar Fridrih Merc izjavio je danas da nikada ne smijemo da zaboravimo da je svijet u kojem je važna samo moć opasno mjesto.
Prema njegovim riječima, Evropa mora da se osloni na tri temeljne vrijednosti, a to su bezbjednost, konkurentnost i jedinstvo - kako među Evropljanima, tako i među evropskim partnerima koji djele iste principe.
- Svijet u kojem važi samo moć je opasno mjesto. Najpre za male države, zatim za srednje sile, a na kraju i za velike zemlje &nbsp;rekao je Merc na Svjetskom ekonomskom forumu u Davosu.
On je upozorio da ulazimo u svijet "velikih sila", što predstavlja ozbiljnu prijetnju.
- Ove promjene imaju najdublje posledice po našu slobodu, našu bezbjednost i naš prosperitet. Tokom ovih nedelja i mjeseci kojima svjedočimo, nova era je već započela. Agresivni rat agresije Rusije protiv Ukrajine bio je do sada najdrastičniji izraz. Ali promjene idu mnogo dublje - naveo je Merc.

- Demokratije nemaju potčinjene. One imaju saveznike, partnere i pouzdane prijatelje - saopštio je Merc.
On je rekao i da ne kaže to samo tako i kao primjer naveo uspon nacističke Njemačke.
- U 20. vijeku, moja zemlja, Njemačka, prošla je tim putem do svog gorkog kraja. Povukla je svijet u crni ponor - rekao je on.
Njemački kancelar naveo je da je "naša najveća snaga i dalje sposobnost da gradimo partnerstva i saveze među jednakima, zasnovane na međusobnom poverenju i poštovanju".
- Podsjećam vas, posle 1945, SAD su nas Nemce nadahnule da prihvatimo ovu logiku - rekao je on, prenose mediji.
On se osvrnuo na zahtjev Trampove administracije za većom kontrolom Grenlanda i napomenuo da treba rešavati to pitanje na nivou organizacije NATO kako bi se zaštitila cela oblast sjevera od prijetnje koju, prema njegovom mišljenju, predstavlja Rusija. Merc je rekao da je to pravi put jer bi bilo kakve prijetnje oduzimanjem evropske teritorije silom bile neprihvatljive.
- Branićemo principe na kojima je zasnovano transatlantsko partnerstvo, a to su suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet. Podržavamo razgovore između Danske, Grenlanda i SAD na osnovu ovih principa - poručio je Merc.
Pozdravio je sinoćne izjave Trampa o Grendlandu i napomenuo da su prijetnje zauzimanja evropske teritorije neprihvatljive.
- Nove carine bi potkopale temelje transatlantskih odnosa. Ako budu uvedene, odgovor Evrope bio bi jedinstven, smiren, odmjeren i čvrst - dodaje nemački kancelar.
- Dame i gospodo, naše politike sada moraju biti izuzetno ambiciozne i hrabre. Moramo ostvariti napredak u četiri istovremena pravca. Moramo nastaviti da podržavamo Ukrajinu u njenoj borbi za pravedan mir. Moramo postati sposobni da se samostalno branimo u Evropi. Želimo da smanjimo zavisnosti koje nas trenutno čine ranjivima. I četvrto, želimo da obezbjedimo da naša ekonomija može da iskoristi svoj puni potencijal za inovacije i rast. Ovo će funkcionisati samo ako radimo zajedno kao jedna Evropska unija - rekao je on.
On je poručio da su Evropa i Njemačka shvatile da se svijet menja neviđenom brzinom i ide u pravcu koji je označio za "zabrinjavajući", ali da mogu i žele da odgovore na izazove novog doba.
- Neka nas inspiriše ono što je možda najvažnija lekcija prosvetiteljstva - naša sudbina je u našim je rukama. Naša odgovornost i sloboda je da je oblikujemo. Ovaj istorijski zadatak stoji pred nama, a Njemačka želi da odigra ključnu ulogu u njegovom ispunjavanju - rekao je Merc.

Merc u Davosu: Svijet u kojem važi samo moć je opasno mjesto

U Poliklinici Kliničkog centra Crne Gore (KCCG), u protekla 24 sata, obavljeno je 2.037 ambulantnih pregleda, od čega 321 u Institutu za bolesti djece (IBD).
Iz KCCG su rekli da je u Urgentnom centru zbrinuto 196 pacijenata, a u dnevnim bolnicama 302.
- U istom periodu obavljen je 61 operativni zahvat. Na bolničko liječenje primljeno je 136 pacijenata, od čega 16 u IBD-u - kaže se u saopštenju.
Navodi se da je u Centru za radiološku dijagnostiku odrađeno 511 dijagnostičkih procedura, od čega 76 CT i 31 MR pregleda.
Kako su kazali iz KCCG, u Odjeljenju za radiološku dijagnostiku IBD-a odrađene su 92 dijagnostičke procedure, od čega pet CT i deset MR pregleda.&nbsp;
- U Centru za kliničko-laboratorijsku dijagnostiku uzorkovana su 1.182 pacijenta i odrađene 36.973 analize - dodaje se u saopštenju.
U Porodilištu KCCG-a, u protekla 24 sata, rođeno je pet beba.

U KCCG za dan obavljeno više od dvije hiljade pregleda

Predsjednik Ukrajine Volodimir Zelenski kritikovao je Evropu zbog njenog odgovora na proteste u Iranu i pozvao da se učini više kako bi se zaustavio izvoz ruske nafte, obraćajući se učesnicima Svjetskog ekonomskog foruma u Davosu u četvrtak.
- Bilo je mnogo govora o protestima u Iranu, ali su oni ugušeni u krvi. Svijet nije dovoljno pomogao iranskom narodu, i to je istina. Ostao je po strani. Ako režim opstane, to šalje jasnu poruku svakom nasilniku: ubijte dovoljno ljudi i ostaćete na vlasti - rekao je u svom govoru.
Iako je izrazio zahvalnost liderima Evropske unije zbog zamrzavanja ruske imovine u Evropi, predsjednik je rekao da to nije dovoljno da se oslabi ruska ratna mašinerija.
- Zašto predsjednik Tramp može da zaustavi tankere iz takozvane flote u sjenci i zaplijeni naftu, a Evropa ne može? Ruska nafta se transportuje tik uz evropske obale. Ta nafta finansira rat protiv Ukrajine. Ta nafta pomaže destabilizaciji Evrope. Zato ruska nafta mora biti zaustavljenpozvao a, zaplijenjena i prodata u korist Evrope - poručio je Zelenski.
