(PHOTO, VIDEO) Vehid Murić brought in for questioning at the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office

Vehid Murić (25), suspected of a triple murder at Stari Aerodrom in Podgorica, has been brought in for questioning at the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office.

As reported by Portal ETV yesterday, Denis Hot (28) and Nezrin Hot (27) from Rožaje, and Kenan Miraljemović from Novi Pazar, were killed two nights ago in Kozaračka Street.

The prosecutor from the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office Danka Ivanović Đerić stated yesterday, after an hours-long on-site investigation, that the motive for the triple murder is still unknown.

- At this moment, we are searching for the motive and taking measures in that direction - said Ivanović Đerić.

She added that during the investigation, evidence was collected along with everything deemed relevant for the further course of the case. Police officers also carried out forensic procedures, and a court-appointed medical expert was present.

- At this moment, based on the data collected at the scene, we assume that the murder was committed using a cold weapon - she added.

The head of the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Rožaje Aldin Kalač confirmed yesterday for Portal ETV that Murić’s mother called the police after her son told her that he had „blood on his hands“.

The Police Directorate had earlier announced that the murder occurred during the night in Kozaračka Street, and that both the victims and the suspect are from Rožaje. They emphasized that the crime is not linked to organized criminal groups.

- It is suspected that this criminal act was preceded by personal disputes between the victims and the suspect - the police added.
