Mujović earned nearly 30,000 euros, saved 9,000 euros; Borovinić-Bojović has income from multiple sources, an apartment, a loan...

An annual salary of nearly 30,000 euros, shares in five companies, and 9,000 euros in savings -this is the financial profile of Podgorica Mayor Saša Mujović. Meanwhile, the President of the City Assembly Jelena Borovinić-Bojović, in addition to earning almost 27,000 euors in that position in 2025, reported additional income from the healthcare sector, family assets, shares, and a housing loan of 65,000 euros.

Shares in Jugoceanija, METS, Institute Igalo…

In his latest asset declaration submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, Mujović reported a monthly salary of €2,437, meaning he earned nearly 30,000 euros over the year. In addition, he received 162 euros for an official trip in November 2025. Under income and bonuses from other work, he reported annual earnings of €1,933.

Mujović owns a 25% share of a 34-square-meter studio apartment and has 9,000 euros in his bank account. He also reported shares in the companies Jugoceanija AD Kotor (372 shares), Vektra Boka (5,000), Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (7,625), Institute „Dr Simo Milošević“ (10), and TP Izbor AD Bar (5,880).

His wife, Danijela Mujović, as executive director of GP Contour Center, earned 8,400 euros last year. She owns a 42-square-meter apartment, while through inheritance she acquired a 40-square-meter ruin, 93 hectares of pasture, and a 20-square-meter yard.

She also inherited one-third of a 4,514-hectare forest, as well as smaller shares in orchards, vineyards, meadows, pastures, other forests, rocky land, and uncategorized roads. She drives an Audi Q5 from 2013.

From the Clinical Center of Montenegro 9,600 euros

The President of the City Assembly, Jelena Borovinić-Bojović, received a salary ranging from 1,770 to nearly 2,300 euros, amounting to almost 27,000 euros in 2025.

As chair of the Commission for the Allocation of Current and Permanent Budget Reserves, she earned an additional €550, while she received €50 from the Union of Municipalities Assembly.

Borovinić-Bojović also works at the Clinical Center of Montenegro, where she earned 9,625 euros last year, while her annual fee at the private clinic „Natal“ amounted to 2,750 euros.

Her husband, Dragan Bojović, as a member of parliament, received a salary ranging from 330 to 2,100 euros.

He inherited a 20% share of a 90-square-meter house, 20% of a 303-square-meter plot of land, 20% of an 85-square-meter plot, and 20% of a 500-square-meter yard.

Jelena Borovinić-Bojović owns two pastures, a house under construction of 85 square meters, and an apartment of 68 square meters.

She drives a 2012 Renault Clio Caravan, while her husband uses a 2005 Renault Megane Scenic. Both vehicles were acquired through purchase.

Borovinić-Bojović also owns shares in Port of Adria (1,050), Luka Bar (1,050), and Izbor Bar (696). She is repaying a housing loan of 65,000 euros, of which 48,226 euros remains outstanding.

Unlike the mayor, Borovinić-Bojović gave consent for access to data from bank accounts and other financial institutions.

Ljiljanić did not report her own income

Regarding deputy mayors, Nađa Ljiljanić from the Movement for Podgorica did not report her own income, but did report her husband Zoran Ljiljanić’s salary of 225 euros, which he earns as a commercial representative in a private company.

Zoran Ljiljanić owns a 98-square-meter apartment inherited through succession, a 1,305-square-meter meadow, and a 110-square-meter forest. He also owns a house under construction of 206 square meters and a meadow of 237 square meters, while he inherited half of a 323-square-meter meadow.

According to asset declaration data, Zoran Ljiljanić owns four cars. The most valuable is a BMW 320d, acquired through a loan. He also reported a Mercedes-Benz purchased outright, a Renault Megane Scenic first registered in 2021, and a Smart Fortwo, also purchased.

There is no data in the records of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption regarding the assets of Deputy Mayor Boris Spalević.
